Swiss Cocoa

Swiss Cocoa is the warm fuzzy decadent treat from my childhood.  Rich and sweet, reserved for special occasions yet also excellent when camping.  Don’t make it too often – keep it for special.

1 tin Sweetened Condensed milk
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
600 mls   Boiling Water
2 Tablespoons Sugar
pinch Salt

Mix well and serve steaming hot.  If you find this too sweet use 1 litre of water

Variations: Added by my children in various experiments

1-Teaspoon Cinnamon
or
½ teaspoon chilli pdr + ½ tsp Chinese 5 spice
or
2 teaspoons coffee
