Then Glen – revisited

Yeah – If you love something…go back for more.   So we did and we loved it again.

Sat up in the Gazebo, with the heater…and ordered drinks.  Dianne really likes a tequila sunrise (with no tequila) so this is now known as a Sunset, Rob had a coke zero and i had a noce glass of Chardy from somewhere.

Started with the Calamari, and shared it because last time we didn’t save enough room for dessert. Looked great and tasted awesome with the well balanced Garlic Aioli – forgot to get a pic before we scoffed it all.  mains were a bit of a mission to decide what to have…but here is what we decided on.

Dianne Had the lamb Shank on Parsley mash with green beans and an Apricot jus

Rob had the Rump Steak with the Seafood topper and a Mushroom sauce with Chips and a salad

And I was predictable and had the Baked Lemon Salmon on Greens with a Fennel remoulaide, with another Glass of Chardy

Then, because we had saved room for dessert….   Dianne had the sticky date Pudding

Rob decided on the Brownie… although he nearly had the Waffles

…and I had the Vanilla Crème Brulee with the Almond biscotti and another glass of Chardy
